Rainpuddle respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Rainpuddle applications, games, and the rainpuddle.app website.

This policy applies generally to Rainpuddle products unless a particular product provides a separate privacy notice.

Information Collected by Rainpuddle Apps

Rainpuddle apps currently do not require user accounts and do not intentionally collect personal information such as your name, email address, precise location, contacts, payment information, or user-generated content.

Some apps may store settings, preferences, game progress, favorites, or similar information locally on your device. Information stored only on your device is not transmitted to Rainpuddle unless an app specifically states otherwise.

If a future Rainpuddle product introduces accounts, cloud storage, online services, or other features that require additional personal information, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain those practices.

Advertising and Google AdMob

Some Rainpuddle apps may display advertising.

Dice Merge: Puzzle Clear! uses Google AdMob to display banner advertisements.

Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or process certain technical information in connection with advertising. Depending on the device, region, app configuration, and your privacy choices, this may include information such as:

• IP address and approximate location derived from the IP address
• Device or advertising identifiers
• Device, operating system, and app information
• Interactions with the app or advertisements
• Diagnostic and performance information

Google and its advertising partners may use this information to provide advertisements, measure advertising performance, prevent fraud and abuse, perform analytics related to advertising services, and, where permitted, personalize advertisements.

Rainpuddle does not control Google's independent processing of information collected through Google advertising services.

Where required by applicable law or Google policy, users may be presented with privacy or consent choices relating to advertising and personalization.

Personalized and Non-Personalized Advertising

Advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your location, device settings, consent choices, age eligibility, and Google advertising settings.

Non-personalized advertising may still use limited information such as the content or context of the app, general location, device information, and information needed for advertising measurement, security, or fraud prevention.

Users may be able to manage advertising personalization through their device settings or Google account advertising settings.

Third-Party Services

Rainpuddle products may use third-party services when necessary to provide features such as advertising, distribution, hosting, crash diagnostics, or other technical functionality.

Third-party providers process information according to their own privacy policies and terms. When a Rainpuddle app begins using a third-party service that materially changes its privacy practices, this policy will be updated as appropriate.

Website Information

Visiting rainpuddle.app does not require an account.

The website's hosting or infrastructure providers may automatically process ordinary technical information necessary to operate and secure the website, such as IP addresses, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, and server logs.

Rainpuddle does not use this information to create personal user profiles unless specifically disclosed.

Information You Provide Voluntarily

If you contact Rainpuddle by email, through a contact form, or by another communication method, Rainpuddle will receive the information that you choose to provide.

This information may be used to respond to questions, provide support, investigate technical problems, or otherwise communicate with you.

Communications may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for support, business records, security, or legal purposes.

Data Sharing

Rainpuddle does not sell personal information collected through its apps.

Information may be processed by third-party service providers when necessary to operate a service, such as Google processing information through AdMob.

Information may also be disclosed if reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, protect the security or integrity of Rainpuddle products, or protect the rights and safety of users or others.

Data Retention

Because Rainpuddle apps currently do not maintain user accounts or directly collect personal app profiles, Rainpuddle generally does not maintain personal information about individual app users.

Information voluntarily provided through support or other communications may be retained as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above.

Third-party services such as Google maintain information according to their own retention policies.

Children's Privacy

Rainpuddle does not knowingly collect personal information from children through its apps.

Unless specifically stated otherwise for an individual product, Rainpuddle services are not designed to require children to provide personal information or create user accounts.

Third-party services included in an app may apply their own age-related privacy requirements and protections.

Security

Rainpuddle takes reasonable steps to design its products so that unnecessary personal information is not collected.

No electronic system or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Third-party services are responsible for the security practices associated with information they independently process.

International Users

Rainpuddle products may be available to users in multiple countries.

Privacy, advertising, and consent requirements may differ by region. Where required, third-party services or Rainpuddle applications may provide additional privacy choices or consent notices.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Rainpuddle may update this Privacy Policy when products, services, third-party integrations, or legal requirements change.

When significant changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy will be revised.

Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
